12seconds.tv is shutting down. Sad day for micro-vloggers everywhere.

I received an email this evening from Sol Lipman, founder of 12seconds.tv announcing the sad news that the micro-vlogging service is to close its doors.
For those of you who haven’t heard of 12seconds, it’s a really easy way to share what you’re doing with your friends and family using short video clips. The premise is ridiculously simple: use your web cam or mobile phone to show your friends where you are, share your thoughts, or tell them how you’re doing – all within the confines of a 12 seconds clip.
