		<description>@Simon - good point with regards to registering clients brands on Twitter. Do you know (i&#039;ve not seen anything) what Twitter&#039;s policy is on brand-jacking? Do they even have one? From what I can tell they don&#039;t - suppose it&#039;s a case of wait for the lawyers to get in touch and then take action?</description>

		<description>One issue if not real Twitter disaster was recently someone brand-jacked Exxon on Twitter. I don&#039;t think they did any significant damage but they owned Exxon&#039;s voice and reputation on Twitter (and continue to do so). It&#039;s definitely advisable to register your clients&#039; brands and variations of on Twitter before someone else does!</description>
